Each year the United Way of Daviess County allocates money from their campaign to agency partners through a grant process. You will find the forms and instructions needed to complete the grant request in the documents below.
The grant application opens on December 1st, 2023 and runs until January 16, 2024, midnight EST. If you are interested in applying, please download each of the attachments below to fill out. You will then need to submit your completed forms and all requested materials either by email to uwayvantrees@gmail.com or uway1038@gmail.com or through our new online submission form. All these materials should be turned in by January 16th, 2024, midnight EST.
Only copies submitted via e-mail or through our new online submission form will be accepted.
