Walmart Washington, WAMW, and United Way of Daviess County are partnering together again for the 3rd annual, Making a Difference Award!!
We'll be looking for nominations of a special community leader who has made a large and lasting impact in Daviess County!
The winner will receive the United Way Making a Difference Award, prizes, gift card, event tickets, and merchandise!

Rules and Requirements are:

The person must have impacted the community on a large scale or served a large group of the population, not just an individual. Some examples would be: Worked on community collaborations and partnerships, spearheading a major project, wrote and received a large grant to benefit the community to make positive improvements in some way.

The person must live in Daviess County.

You cannot nominate yourself or a family member.

Letters should be no more than 1 page in length.
Be sure to include contact information for the nominee, including name, email, and phone number.
