The Fire Starter award is an award that recognizes an individual under 40 who has done extraordinary work in the Daviess County community. Zella Taylor has shown fantastic leadership and bravery in spearheading grant assistance opportunities and financial support to those most vulnerable in Daviess County during the COVID-19 pandemic.
